Incorrect received order or article:
♦ First of al we do apologise!
♦ We will do our best to get the correct item to you as soon as possible.
♦ We will refund the costs made when returning the wrongly received order of article.

Repairs:
♦ Almost all repairs are covered by warranty and are thus fixed by us or exchanged.
